What is diversity? What is equity? And how does it affect you?
This thought-provoking session aims to address tough diversity and inclusion, leadership, and culture questions head-on.
Firstly, we unpick where bias comes from, how it can effect every area of our lives and what part we play in that. We then look at ways to create a more open, compassionate and inclusive team culture. How representation is so important and holding yourself and others accountable.
We discuss what discrimination, victimisation and harassment looks like for each of the characteristics. We cover topics around race, gender, disability, sexuality and start to have some of those difficult conversations whilst learning practical solutions.
