DISC: Adapt & Connect

We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are - Anaïs Nin

People are fascinating, aren’t they? We all communicate differently, get motivated by different things, and bring our own style and preferences into the room. This training course helps you make sense of those differences with a mix of behavioural science, self and group discovery, and pure fun as we bring it all together.

We start with the basics: where personality comes from and how our behaviours show up at work. We’ll explore the four main DISC styles, bringing them to life so you can feel the differences. Some people move fast, some take their time. Some focus on tasks, others on relationships. You’ll quickly see how these differences shape the way we communicate, collaborate, and sometimes misunderstand each other.

From there, we explore what each style looks like on a good day: the strengths, the unique superpowers, the energy people bring into a team. Then we get curious about the trickier moments too. Not weaknesses, just the behaviours that tend to pop up under pressure or when styles clash.

We’ll explore how to spot the cues that tell you which style you’re communicating with. How to flex your approach so conversations land better. How tiny shifts in tone, clarity, and pace can make a big difference. And yes, we’ll still have a bit of fun discovering which colours run strongest in the room.

To top it off, you get a 40 page report using our internationally recognised DISC assessment tool. It’s packed with insights you can use straight away and likely share with curious colleagues, friends and family too.

Expect a few laugh out loud moments as you realise why some colleagues seem easy to work with and others require a deep breath first. By the end, you’ll be spotting DISC patterns everywhere, in meetings, emails, even at home. You’ll walk away with practical ways to adapt your style so those “why do they do that?” moments turn into “ahhh, now I get it.” These are practical insights you’ll use immediately and remember for life.
