HappyMind Training Course
Curiosity is what happens when you pause before deciding you already know. When we stop wondering, we stop learning. Curiosity drives innovation and connection, but at work it often gets squeezed out by deadlines, meetings, and the pressure to have it all figured out. What if not knowing is how real learning begins?
In this inspiring training session, we’ll explore what curiosity really is and what quietly shuts it down. You’ll notice how quickly your brain jumps to the answer, and how to slow that down, so you can challenge your first assumptions. Spoiler alert: fear, habit, and that “I already know” voice in your head can play a bigger role than you think.
We’ll look at how curiosity changes the way teams solve problems and navigate tricky conversations. You’ll learn how to ask questions that open doors instead of closing them, and how to listen with genuine interest, not just waiting for your turn to talk.
We’ll also play with the HappyMind 7 Reasons Tool, a simple yet powerful way to stretch your thinking beyond the obvious. You’ll see how curiosity can turn conflict into understanding and challenges into opportunities.
With a focus on practical application, expect stories, reflection, and a few “huh, I never thought of that” moments along the way. Whether you’re giving feedback, leading a tough conversation, or just trying to stay open when things get complicated, you’ll leave with simple tools and habits you can use immediately.
When curiosity becomes part of the culture, uncertainty feels less like a threat and more like an opportunity.

We regularly collect feedback from participants at the end of each session. With permission, we’ve included a selection of their comments below to give you an honest insight into the experience and impact of each course.
