I’m not going to lie, the past few months have been a wild, self-reflective ride. You see, the things that I’d always put down as being personal flaws are now being slowly re-imagined as challenges related to neurodiversity. Specifically, ADHD.

Sleepy Time
I’m not a naturally good sleeper and sleeping well is something I’ve had to work on. Over the years I’ve realised the key to sleeping well is taking a holistic approach, rather than looking for one magical thing that will guarantee you a great sleep. So I thought I’d share a few tips which I’ve found helpful.
Into The Blue
For as long as I can remember, the sea has been my medicine. A safe haven. Better than any mindfulness app I’ve ever downloaded. A tonic for the soul. I feel the gravitational pull of the sea. I’ve experienced its healing powers, and I’m not the only one.
Decisions, Decisions
Why do some days feel like you’re fighting a losing battle? The to-do list is growing wildly out of control and, quite frankly, a lot of the stuff on there needs to happen, like, yesterday. Yet despite the spiralling anxiety, procrastination has me frozen in my tracks.
The Power of Trust
It takes time to build a trusting relationship, and with new faces appearing at the helm every quarter, our little marketing department began to feel isolated from the larger workforce. This all changed when Zita was recruited as our direct line manager…
Healthy Hobbies
If you would’ve told me a year ago that making some very wobbly pottery could bring me so much joy I wouldn’t have believed you! Anxious Mama
I’m an alternative mum at my kids’ school. Not the kind that shows up early to chat at the school gates. Definitely more along the lines of nearly being late to avoid the crowds, or sending my boys to breakfast club so they get the best start to the day and I get to avoid the school queue, yay!
Finding Green Time
Since I was a kid, nature has played an important part in my life. I’ve always loved going for walks in the forest, swimming in the sea or just sitting for hours looking at the sunset. There is something magical and unique about spending time in nature. Let me share why it’s so important to have some green time in your life!
Habit Change
I designed the Hack Your Habits training course because I was just so frustrated with myself! The amount of times I’ve made a plan, had a firm intention, then given up only weeks later. So I wanted to understand why sometimes I’m really focussed and disciplined and other times I don’t follow through…
Negative Feedback
Have you recently been given some negative feedback? Maybe you’ve got an annual review coming up? However much we’d like to avoid it, we all get negative feedback at some point. In this post we’ll look at how to handle it and why often it’s not actually so negative after all.
Always Late?
Do you ever find yourself running behind schedule, scrambling to make it to meetings or failing to hit deadlines? Are you a serial procrastinator? Perhaps you have a reputation for… Always. Being. Late. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back!
Powerful Storytelling
If you’ve ever found yourself completely captivated by a speaker, have you ever asked yourself why their message resonated so much? What was it that kept you on the edge of your seat? Chances are it was the way they brought their words to life by bringing you into their story.
Staying Connected
In a world of digital desk hopping, how easy is it to stay connected? And what’s the emotional impact of logging-on remotely? In other words: how do you have a presence when you aren’t… well, present?
Public Speaking
Public speaking anxiety can develop at an early age and it may be hard to shake off. The impact of this can be huge; affecting self-esteem, avoiding social situations, and decreased job opportunities. We’ve got your back!
