Time to Talk Day
Time to Talk Day
Time to Talk Day is a UK based annual event, typically held in early February, dedicated to encouraging open discussions about mental health. It involves activities and campaigns across schools, workplaces, and online platforms.

Powered by various charities like MIND and Rethink Mental Illness, this is a day that anyone can get involved in. To be a part of the action, just start a conversation. Host a tea and talk event at work, at a cafe, or at a community centre. Put up a poster encouraging neighbours to meet up at a certain time on the day. Or simply text a friend or colleague and make space for a frank conversation. Recognising and making space for our feelings is the first step in the mental health first aid that we all need more of. And who knows, one conversation could save a life.
